  5. Break down is required 1-2 hours after your event or during your event if requested,
  6. Booking Policy:
    A signed contract is required at the time the 20% down payment is made to secure your reservation. Final payment due 30 days  prior to the event date.
  7. Booking & Cancellation Policy

    • A signed contract and a 20%   deposit are required to secure your event date. 10% of that is non-refundable.
    • The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in the contract.
    • If the event is canceled within 30 days of the scheduled event date,  50% of payment will not be refunded. All other money paid towards your event will be refunded .

* Free delivery, set-up and tear down

* Buffet Attendant for 2 hours($12 per hour for additional time)

Required for Booking

* Booking Lead Time: Please schedule your event at least 3 months ahead of your desired date.
* Final Payment Deadline: All balances must be settled 30 days before the event.
